Hi,
From my understanding of a NOS  Plan 9 is a true NOS while Linux is
not (Plan 9 is Open source as of now . Though the exact licenesing
under which it is made open source I am not sure of  )

   Recently i read in PCQ Ed that open-source software still lacks essential features 
in network management aspects. I have all along assumed that  Linux is already a 
full-fledged  a NOS system, now trying to break ground in Desktop area. Any comments ?
