I am actually looking for POP and IMAP PROXY Servers which could 
redirect traffic to dovecot, cyrus, uwimap, etc. based on certain 
conditions.

Would be better if you describe distro used by you and the problems
faced. AFAIK almost all distros come with POP/IMAP servers by default
and these are good enough for low to medium mail traffic.
Naming names dovecot, cyrus, uwimap will it really help?
