I am not 100% sure, but OpenOffice 2.0 Beta is
compatible with Password Protected DOC/XLS/PPT Files.
So, I think it will ask u for the password at least at
the time of opening.
Version 1.1.4 is obviously not capable of
opening/reading password protected documents.
The last alternative frm ur side can be to use come
kind of cracking software to have the password
cracked. I guess some free cracking softwares would
also exist..
