CD copies are very rare. If you cannot get a copy, you can install  
Tiger from a DVD from another Mac with a firewire port - connecting a  
(target disk mode) or you can get a external Firewire dvd rom to  
install from.

I happen to have a set of cds for 10.4 that are completely useless to me at
this point in time. Let me know if you want them :D
