IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY

it only just manages under 6.5 too.


If your SQL is on a different machine, you will have the SQL drop, then all
mail/pop3 gets refused untill you spot it, monitor does not notice.


They need to re-write the odbcuser.dll.

also, if you have mutiple processors there is a problem with the way the dll
uses the sql link that causes 1 in 5 pop3 authentications to not work...

I have about 100 users from 7 domains using MS Sql 7. Once the odbc dsn was
set up. it worked like a charm. The only problem is that if the SQL server
is restarted, then I need to restart the Imail services too. But I don't
think this is specific to MS Sql 7, just a general problem when using an
external database.
