One thing I see is that this river shows at the edge of the NHD export 
boundary.   I have seen cases where an NHD feature does not appear in the 
NHD export sub-basin that one would expect, but in the adjoining NHD 
sub-basin export.   Some times the same feature - usually a river - appears 
in  multiple sub-basin exports.  I have no idea about this specific case.

Did you also upload the NHDArea and NHDWaterbody data? Since the river
is pretty wide, the NHDArea data will designate the boundary of the
river rather than specify it only with a Flowline. The Flowline data
will include an "artificial" flowline for the river centerline (which
it doesn't look like you included in your OSM upload).
