Earlier name for J. wynaadensis is Justicia latifolia Vahl.
and its a subfruticose plant,, stem green in colour.


cant be sure about the identity, as photo do not give every details,
so please check in Herbarium.

Just saw this plant yesterday in Kol Bot Garden ... long "flowering
stalk" end with hair like structure...
Local gardeners called it "Jatayu" but they also told me it was
called Desmodium...

I too received this mail and DID NOT OPEN it.
I agree with Usha di that the members in the groups are reliable and 
honest and won't do any harm to others. If I get a mail containing just 
a link, I read the URL itself and if it looks strange, I don't open it. 
Even if I get such a mail from a friend, I ask the friend, if the mail 
and the contents are genuine. Perhaps Raghu ji caught a trojaner, and 
the trojaner is sending mails on its own to all IDs in the adressbook of 
Raghu ji. I hope Usha di hasn't caught a trojaner.
There are programms to remove trojaner, spyware and pfishing-programms. 
Try to run these programms to remove the malware.


All I can recommend is not to open such mails.
