[efloraofindia:195447] Re: Hooghly : Polygonum serrulatum Lagasc. ; Boiss . Fl. Orient. iv. 1028? (FBI.v.38) ?
Good morning Ritesh Ji Missed your feedback yesterday, didn't receive email. Yes, I have seen the accepted name in The Plant List. But, I have deliberately used the name/entry in FBI or Bengal Plants or in Botany of Bihar and Orissa for reason I will explain eventually. Perianth color is variable and taxonomically less important (atleast in Persicaria) I think I can ignore what FoZ shows or displays. Please note : 1. As per FBI/BP/BoBO perianth colour white in Indian plants 2. raceme stout short 3. leaves subsesiile and glabrous with slightly strigillose (or glabrous) margin 4. cillia not longer than ochrea tube Thank you Regards On Friday, 1 August 2014 09:42:01 UTC+5:30, Ritesh Kumar Choudhary wrote: Dear Surajit Ji, Thanks for this post.
