Please check, ( if you have specimen), a stalked peltate appendage on the
rachis of leaf near to the lowest pair of leaflet. if it is there, then it
is C. pumila. otherwise it can be C. mimosoides. For confirmation detailed
study of specimen is must. otherwise very nice photos of all such parts are
 required.

For visual comparison two pictures in the last but one row at

can
be checked, ignoring the spelling *tetrantra*; or illustrations can be

If long corolla lobes are the concern Roxburgh's view can be read in FI.

2015-08-02 Thread surajit koley
I agree Sir.
Without flower and fruit it is not possible to identify correctly a plant
by someone who is not familiar with regional flora.
My guess was simply wild.
It may be a member of some other genus as well.
Even it may be another *Boehmeria* as well, as in
http://botany.cz/cs/boehmeria-penduliflora/
Simply wild guess!

 Dear Satish Sir,

I fail to find what is unique leaf shape in the photograph you uploaded.
This flower is not *Pentapetes phoenicea* L. The flowers doesn't have 5
tongue shaped staminodes, characteristic feature of the species.

Instead, this flower features stamens having filaments connate to a tube,
a typical feature of *Malvaceae* members like *Hibiscus*. One more
feature is style branches reflexed, something like
 http://www.pariscotejardin.fr/2012/05/pavonia-miskii/.

So, without detail of epicalyx, calyx, or even fruit it is hard to
 identify even at genus level.
