Isachne globosa. You can see the glands on the pedicels of the spikelets,
which is a characteristic feature of I.globosa. Isachne himalaica has a
denser panicle with more branches and linear-lanceolate shape of panicle.
You also mentioned that it shares habitat with Ischaemum polystachyum. But
the other grasses in the picture seems to be some other speceis. Could you
kindly send pictures of inflorescence of this grass too to validate its
identity.

These are the most recent works , they are silent on our very own Lantana
indica .
Here are some references , they fail to clear the confusion regarding
nomenclature .
https://plants.jstor.org/compilation/lantana.indica
https://www.catalogueoflife.org/col/details/species/id/78165904b41bd5c12651a3a5ff7a1a1d

No milestone study from India on this Genus . I think the work we are
doing is most comprehensive , but is no way a systematic study .
I wish someone takes it up ... ... ...
In past two decades I have seen many Lantanas (including Lantana camara )
becoming very popular as ornamentals and I think this is going to affect
wild Lantana population too .

Flora of Bhutan mentions, Fl. -Fr. time as June to November. So *S.

 while for
 S. cumini it gives Subtropical and warm broad-leaved forests, 200—

However, I am unable to decide based on the above keys.

Complete description of *S. venosum *is as below:
 Tree 6- 25m. Leaves leathery, elliptic to obovate, 8 — 12 x 2.5

On checking with keys in Flora of Bhutan at Syzygium

‎, there is another closely related species as per keys at
 Calyx tube 4—5mm, cup suddenly contracted into stalk-like base;
 stamens 4—
 7mm.
 8. S. venosum
Calyx tube funnel-shaped, tapering and not suddenly contracted
 into stalk-like base
 ..
 10. S. cumini

Flora of Bhutan mentions, Fl. -Fr. time as June to November. So *S.
venosum *is possible. It also gives its habitat as Warm
broad-leaved forests and river banks in dry valleys, 300- l410m,
 while for
 S. cumini it gives Subtropical and warm broad-leaved forests, 200—
 1580m.
 February —August.
However, I am unable to decide based on the above keys.

Complete description of *S. venosum *is as below:
 Tree 6- 25m. Leaves leathery, elliptic to obovate, 8 — 12 x 2.5
 — 6cm, abruptly acuminate or caudate, base attenuate, glossy
 above, veins
numerous, slender, weakly prominent on both surfaces,
 intra-marginal vein
 conspicuous; petiole 1.1 2cm. Cymes terminal and axillary, 4 — 8cm
diameter, many-flowered; peduncle 2 —6cm. Flowers sessile. Calyx
 4
