I don't think so.Because in Maharashtra we use this Garcinia indica 
(Thouars) Choisy daily in cooking.It's vernacular name is 'Kokum' ( कोकम) 
and it looks quite different.

I have doubts about images of Dimple Bhati of Dicliptera nasikensis
 in FOI
as it is stated to be distributed in Nasik district of Maharashtra only as
per Catalogue of Life

and Flora of Peninsular India
.
I could neither find any images or specimen on net (none at GBIF
) nor any description on net.
Also it shows only a single image without much details.
It may be some other species.
Pl. check and rectify.
