I think it is Cayratia pedata <https://www.google.com/url?q=https%3A%2F%2Fsites.google.com%2Fsite%2Fefloraofindia%2Fspecies%2Fm---z%2Fv%2Fvitaceae%2Fcayratia%2Fcayratia-pedata&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHnJ9NydK8F1yUR-kfnONNKffr4vA> only (as originally identified by Vijayasankar ji) as per images and details herein. It looks different from *Tetrastigma leucostaphylum* (Dennst.) Alston ex Mabb. <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/v/vitaceae/tetrastigma/tetrastigma-leucostaphylum> as well as from *Tetrastigma sulcatum* (P. Lawson) Gamble <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/v/vitaceae/tetrastigma/tetrastigma-sulcatum>
It also looks different from Cayratia japonica as per GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=3039177>.
