Using loginfo to mail commit notifications via PC and UNIX

Title: Using loginfo to mail commit notifications via PC and UNIX

I edited the loginfo file to enable notification
of commits via Unix but users of WinCVS don't
trigger email notifications.

Does anyone have a script that works for both
Unix CVS and WinCVS.
