And upon Friday of December 15, the illustrious Marcel Beltz spake thusly... > Hello, > i am new on cyrus, but i want to use it. > i use Redhat7 and install the cyrus-imapd-2.0.6...rpm. > i can start the /etc/rc.d/init.d/cyrus script, thats why i tink its ok. > But now i want to use cyradm and i get many errors: I think you probably need to install the 'openssl' rpm. Hope that helps! Beers, Corey
Re: Redhat7+RPM
Do you have an SSL package installed? (I'm not a Red Hat user, so I don't know what it would be named.) From the line: '/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux/auto/Cyrus/IMAP/IMAP.so' for module Cyrus::IMAP: undefined symbol: SSL_write at it would appear that the system cannot find the SSL libraries it was linked against at compile time. If you do not have the SSL package(s) installed, you might try installing them and starting cyradm again to see if it works. Alternatively, you could download the cyrus sources and compile to your own settings.
