Sioux Central has an account for subs to use.  We also have a few subs that are 
here regularly and they have an account setup just like a teacher.

We do the same as Okoboji.  Each building has a sub user.  Then in each is a 
home profile for them for teachers to drop files into.

Okoboji has a substitute account for each building. It gives them access to the 
Internet, public drives and printers and that is about it. Teachers are told to 
save any files the sub needs access to on their public folder.

We have a couple of subs who are in the district about 3-4 days a week. We
have created accounts for them. All others have no access
