publishers go unstable

Anyone knows why recently the 4.0/master publishers goes unstable?
Even though the job finish successfully...

Thanks for letting us know. We did notice that Byron's account was having some 
permissions issues, so this may explain it. 

The account ID to use for bgrav...@redhat.com is 1001161.

One patch - two failures

gerrit hooks wrong for zstream bugs

Hi,
in review https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/58631 the hooks are complaining that:
"• Check TM::#1339464::ERROR, wrong target milestone for stable branch, 
ovirt-3.6.7 should match ^.*4.0.*”

which is not correct as the bug is a pending clone candidate (hence TM 3.6.7) 
but the bug entry is 4.0 and will remain 4.0 when it is cloned, and it has 4.0 
flag
