This is close to impossible, the upgrade job removes the postgresql
package and deletes "/var/lib/pgsql/data" as can be seen here:

There is no such thing. All slaves have JDK 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 as
available on the OS (This had been Puppet-enforced for a long time).
The job itself was not configured to require JDK 1.8 (Nor was it
restricted to EL7 and up as it should be for engine >= 4).

I've re-enabled the slave and configured the job accordingly.

2016-06-06 Thread Eyal Edri
Thanks for reporting this,
Unfortunately Its a known issue without an easy fix. We are now moving all
jobs from old jenkins to new one,
and find bugs is the last one that was left (dao tests was migrated to
standard CI and should be merged soon, followed by disabling the jobs).

For now find bugs job will move to YAML and to the new jenkins soon (this
week hopefully), and work will continue to move it to STD CI, which is more
complex.

I have to accounts for you that use the redhat email, the older one (1000582),
also has the gmail ids added, the newer one (1001289) only has the redhat
email, usually the account that's older is the one you would want to keep, are
you sure you want to keep the newer one?

Re: One patch - two failures

2016-06-06 Thread Martin Perina
No it's not, this is some strange failure in 3.5 upgrade script which seems
to me impossible. The patch [1] didn't contain any db related stuff, so
upgrade from master before this patch to master with this patch shouldn't
fail (and I just verified locally that this upgrade works fine). So I
assume this was some kind of mess in db content prior the upgrade job.

Old Jenkins findbugs error ignored

2016-06-06 Thread Tal Nisan
Check out this patch:

https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/58652/

Old Jenkins failed on Findbugs (seems like an env problem, not a findbugs
analysis failure for that matter).
Patch was marked as failed CI yet as soon as the new Jenkins finished its
run it overwritten the failed CI of the old Jenkins and marked as CI passed

Fabian Deutsch commented on OVIRT-545:

I learned that the repos are automatically cleaned based on the age of the
rpms, not based on the version.

That means that by now the old rpms are already removed and this ticket can be
closed.
