Jenkins check-patch fails because it cannot find the command docker when 
running mock using ppc64le configuration.
We might need to add an "if" that will not try to call docker when running in 
ppc64le environment.

ignore this link as all they are trying to do is to make mock_runner.sh run on 
their machine.

Jenkins check-patch, currently, does inappropriate stuff that should be fixed:
1) it changes the local git HEAD (we shouldn't touch that)
2) it diffs the patch with the updated master instead of the latest master the 
patch was 
written on.

embed code in yamls as little as possible.
The way to do it is to move the upstream_source_collector.py to a seperate 
script that'll be called from a jenkins step. The only embedded code will be a 
very short and simple code that'll get the script from upstream before actually 
calling it.

You'll not see anything in the jobs. You can reproduce this any time you want. 
As Barak mentioned, just add a package to the .packages file and omit the 
repository it should come from from the .repos file. Run mock_runner.sh with -s 
flag and wait for the prompt. No error will be written to stdout about 
installation failure. Execute 'rpm -q $package' and you'll see that it hadn't 
been installed.

[~mureinik] As I mentioned in the first comment, if you'll wait with a certain 
new patchset (2 in ths case) for the votes of the current patchset (1 in this 
case), you'll probably never hit this issue anymore. The only cases I have 
encountered this issue before is that when one has sent another patchset before 
the Jenkins jobs of the former patchset has completed and set their votes (ci) 
in gerrit

Saw it before. If the results of a certain patchset comes after the user has 
sent a new patchset, the CI will not get +1. All jobs should be retriggered for 
it to get the +1

I looked at the Jenkins and saw that this plugin in pending uninstallation. 
This looks like a serious bug unless it is waiting for the next restart.
[~ederevea] When are planing the next Jenkins restart? You need to meake sure 
that after the restart, this pluging had been uninstalled. If it hadn't been 
uninstalled, please try to manually remove the folder from the file-system and 
restart the service again.

/var/tmp is good place for caching stuff (maven for example).
I'll remove the /var/tmp cleanup function and will monitor /var/tmp on slaves 
to make sure it does not use too much disk space.

Create Jenkins job for the new poll STD-CI stage

- Created a new stage builder
- Created project and scms for the new stage
- Wrote python script that implements the
  poll upstream sources stage
- Added new trigger macro that uses a new parameter
  named trigger-repo for repos that has non standard
  names

  This stage job does as follows:
  1) Clones from gerrit
  2) Updates U/S sources with latest commit in branch
  3) clones the U/S sources
  4) Run std-ci procedure including poll.sh scripts
 which is currently empty.

The new STD-CI stage actually adds the capability of "rebasing"
prerequisite repositories on top of current one.
That way one won't need to have duplications in two repositories.
Whenver he'll want to work on the current repo, the rebasing
will take place and copy all the files he needs in order to
work.

Looks like what have caused this issue.

Looks like you've pushed patches without rebasing them on master first.

*Update*, I have sat with Shirly and we have fixed repo credentials to not
allow merging with rebase first.
