Thanks. We'll ask folks to call on you if no one else is available or if
someone gets stuck.

We don't have any real monitoring nor paging system setup currently, so
there's no "sysadmin pager" to pass to people. Something to fix ...

+1

To be honest, I didn't like the name that much, but didn't want to let
that stop me from doing the writing. :) Renamed. (If we ultimately want
a different name, we can rename it again.)

Yeek.

I just cleared out the cruft and added a stub page for the necessary
information. Any of the people listed as administrators on that page
should be able to at least somewhat document the setup, I'm sure one of
us will get to it Real Soon Now. :)

We could also use cron (I think) to start the service on reboot.

Long term, the bot needs to run on the host where the logs are kept, AFAIK.

I forgot to add:

* Manage OpenShift account via web login.

Several folks around here (Dave Neary, Garrett Lesage, Jason Brooks)
already have their sshkeys loaded in to OpenShift so they can do CLI
work. I have now passed them the account details they need so they can
do the few things only available through the web interface.

In general, those three have the access and knowledge to troubleshoot
and fix issues with our MediaWiki + OpenShift instance.

Is David Caro acting as your coverage for Jenkins admin work? I.e., I

OK, how about this:

* I add Ewoud and Rydekull as admin users to the Linode account.
* Ewoud acts as a mentor for Rydekull, meaning:
** Generally, the two of you collaborate on what needs to be done;
** Ewoud (as a maintainer) should double-check what Rydekull (as an
apprentice) is doing.
** If there's an emergency, whoever is on hand should act as you see fit.

Right now there are some alerts I get, etc. Do you know what would be
helpful from Linode for you? (I don't know or use all the features, I'm
sure.)

I'd prefer to rename this. Assignment sounds like it's theirs and they
have to do it. Maybe pick admins to imply they have access? It may be

So i probably can't take any of these responsibilities for those days..
But, i'll still keep an open eye for errors on linode and will start working on
the new jenkins server,
at least on all the pre migration stuff.
