I've tried a variety of networks (hard-line IPv4, public AP IPv6, wireless hotspot IPv6) and all timeout.

So it's down for just an hour or something, not long periods of time. I haven't kept track of when exactly it happens, but maybe a cronjob is messing something up? Nikita
