*Mandatory Skills**:*
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
· Relevant industry experience (5+ years)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience in networking domain and knowledge of any one of
network and
their equipment
· TCP/IP, VOIP, 3G/4G, routers, switches, etc.
· Experience with scripting languages like python, Perl, TCL a plus
· Experience in understanding customer network field issues,
prioritize tickets,
provide solutions
· Within SLA time, first level troubleshooting, escalate the issue
to T3 if
Required Coordinate with T3 team during troubleshooting, facilitate
Information gathered to T3 support team
*Job Roles/Responsibilities:*
· Be available on demand to support
· Provide the first line of defense for field issues. Run the basic
problem
Isolation drill and escalate the issue to T3 if required
· Act as the coordinator during the process of troubleshooting.
Maintain a
conference bridge, remote connectivity where T3 support can gather more
information
· Facilitate the gathering of requested information to T3 support,
or vendors
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science graduates with 4-7 years of
experience

required, for qualified candidates.*
