*Please send resume with Rate, Location and Contact Details to ni...@maccadin.com <ni...@maccadin.com>* *Position: SQL Server DBA* *Location: Little Rock, AR* *Duration: 12 Months* *Qualifications* • 3+ years’ experience migrating Legacy DB to SQL Server • 6+ years’ experience with SQL Server Database Administration (2000/2005/2008 R2 and/or 2012). • Experience in migration of SQL Server 2000 to 2008R2 and 2012 environment. • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems including performance, integrity, blocking and deadlocking and security issues. • Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools. • Experience with backups, restores and recovery models. • Design and develop data models and database architecture. • Develop and enhance stored procedures, triggers, functions, views and other database objects. • Create SSIS packages to load, transform and process data. • Develop scripts to automate administration and management of the environment. • Resolve database production issues, code troubleshooting. • Database tuning and monitoring. • Create technical specifications and support documentation. • Able to work in a fast changing environment. • Research and introduce new database technologies. • Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics. • Experience with SQL Integration Services in order to manage/maintain data warehouse technologies including ETL process. • Knowledge in creating report using Crystal Reports and SSRS.
