Knowledge on Critical Illness, Disability Insurance and Accident riders essential. Study and Analyze functional and technical documents and identify test scenarios and work with team to create Test Plan / Test Case. Understanding of customer's testing needs so that they can be transformed into testing requirements and working with testing team to guide them execute test plans and validate results /log defects. *EQ: * · Around 4-8 years' experience in life insurance operation process in a reputed insurance company. · Hands on experience of Life Insurance Business Processes: New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing and Claims processes with reference to UL product in NA market. · Previous experience of testing project in Life Insurance.
