(With possible extension)* *Job Description:* As a Business Analyst in IT Services you will have the opportunity to work with teams of professionals implementing solutions to support multiple business service lines with client. These solutions are core to client’s business strategy and will leverage the latest technologies in analytics, cloud computing, engagement team collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will be responsible for engaging with internal clients to elicit and shape the requirements for technical solutions that meet their needs and provide superior business value. Business Analysts are accountable for the end-to-end elicitation, documentation, communication, and approval of functional / non-functional business requirements and system requirements for software application(s), vendor packages, or infrastructure implementations. Business analysts perform activities involved in proactively identifying process improvement and technology needs of the business area, gathering and documenting business / system requirements for application enhancements and/or new applications, and serving as liaison between the business area and the Information Technology (IT). Business analysts are required to demonstrate a strong interest in systems and process improvement, strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as, good written and oral communication skills.
