*Role: Salesforce Business Analyst *

*Location: Minneapolis, MN*

*Duration: 6 month contract to start*





EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:



•5+ years professional information technology experience, including
comprehensive understanding of IT and business operations

•5+ years of experience implementing Sales, and/or Customer Service
projects

•5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service
Cloud usage, configuration and customizations in line with business,
functional and performance requirements;



SKILL REQUIREMENTS:



•Possess business process knowledge of Sales and Marketing

•Document and design user and technical requirements and solutions

•Able to configure and test Salesforce.com including managing
users, data, and security, configuring and customizing Sales Cloud and
Service Cloud applications, utilizing App Exchange packages, building
reports, dashboards, and workflows

•Proven analytic and problem solving skills; Solve technical
problems and recommend solutions

•Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

•Able to work effectively within an agile team environment

•Work independently, manage and prioritize multiple tasks/functions

•PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, Visio)
