· Provide technical support for end users.

· Provide SharePoint site support and development for the
application.

· Provide SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SSMS support and development for
application ETL jobs.

· Assist and participate in all new technology upgrades.

· Assist and participate in .Net support and development for
application.

· Provide PL/SQL support and development support for SQL Server.

· Providing support activities of incident (trouble ticket (TT)),
problem and change (change request (CR)) management using defined, ITIL
based processes.
