Role : Network Voice Admin Location : Saint Louis, MO Required Skill(s) Technical Support, Monitoring and TT Tools, Networking Admin, Networking Admin, Infra Administration and Maintenance Essential Skill(s) Network Voice Admin Job Description: Key skills required for the job are: - Network Voice Admin (Mandatory) - Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications products including Unified Communications Manager, Unity, Call Center, and Contact Center Enterprise - Analyze existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions - Install and configure voice gateways as part of the IP telephony system - Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems - Configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers - Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice and data network issues You should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management. Should be able to handle issues independently and suggest/ implement services improvements plans.
