*Roles & Responsibilities:*
· Strong technical knowledge of Business intelligence tools, BO
architecture, administration tool, security, and dashboard development.
· Strong understanding of data warehousing and BI principles,
theories, concepts, and techniques.
· Expert level experience in analysis, design and implementation of
solutions using the SAP BI/BW and BOBJ suite of tools with a solid
understanding of product capabilities and when to use each tool.
· Proven ABAP skills in function modules, custom ABAP programs, and
transformation start/end routines.
· Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills are
required.
· Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical
requirements and ultimately project deliverables.
· Ability to articulate best practice processes and standards.
· Experience with rapid deployments and methodologies.
· Exceptional team player/leader with excellent interpersonal
skills.
· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
and committed to meeting deadlines and creating and improving processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
· Must be a self-starter, proactive and possess the ability to work
with minimal/no supervision.
· Hands on knowledge of SAP BW on HANA is a plus.
· Design and Develop BO universe, customized dashboards and create
custom reports is desired
· 3-5 years data warehouse experience utilizing SAP BO
· 5-7 years’ experience in Business Objects, or any other
multidimensional enterprise reporting Expertise and experience in one or
more of the BO components including Universe design, Dashboard, WEBI
reports and BO Security.
