Create, execute and manage test plans/test cases across the entire spectrum of quality: exploratory tests, functional tests, regression tests, smoke tests, etc. 2. Ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into deliverable test cases/scripts and analyze logs 3. Provide engineering support for testing approach design and tools on projects of peers and junior associates 4. Work with multiple application development, architecture and network teams, identifies, diagnoses, and reports on application issues 5. Create Test Plans, Test Scenarios, detailed test cases, and Test Data. 6. Experience with web, web services, and mobile testing ( iOS, Android) 7. Experience testing variety of applications such as Client/Server, Windows, Web based applications, SOAP, Rest services. 8. Experience with WSDL, SOAP, Web services, XML Schemas 9. Collaborate with product management and developers to ensure timely and robust execution of testing as part of a regular release schedule 10. Experience testing backend systems, log validations highly preferred 11. Working knowledge of SQL/Databases in Oracle and SQL Server 12. Basic Unix knowledge and experience of log validation 13. Experience working with tools like Soap UI, FileZilla. 14. Document and track requirement, test case failures using Jira and/or similar tools 15. Support ongoing work to create and document QA functional testing in JIRA and/or similar tools 16. Expertise in analysis of Defect Severity, Defect tracking, defects reporting system like JIRA 17. Good communication skills to communicate with Business, Dev, Application owners, QA management. 18. Ability to work on multiple projects and complete assignments on time. *Additional Requirements* 1.
