• Scripting experience is required.  FINRA has a very mature automated

• This person will be part of an on-call rotation and will be expected to

- Automation the installation, configuration and deployment

- Design / develop scripts to automate installation, configuration and
deployment of software, OS’s, and Network configuration

- Design / develop scripts to automate testing and verification of builds

- Design / develop software build and environment configuration automation

- Implement build configuration tools, such as *Jenkins and Puppet*

-  Configure software to communicate over secure network ports and
protocols.

- Manage the build and test automation and deployment of complex software
systems.

- Work with server side infrastructure within a Linux environment (e.g.
JBoss Application Server or equivalent, Apache Web Servers, etc.)

- Work with client side platforms: *Mac OS, iOS, Xcode*

- Work and set up monitoring tools/processes for LARGE scale environments

- Multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities.

**Assist with the selection, installation, configuration and maintenance
(e.g. log file analysis, backup recovery) of enterprise information systems

**Manage core Amazon Web Services

**Design and implement automation and self healing system configurations

**Propose and gain approval for implementation and ongoing support of
DevOps solutions including management and evolution of various environments

**Build future enhancements to the Continuous Integration and Deployment
Systems at Dwolla

**Troubleshoot, resolve and prevent future production issues through
proactive monitoring, trend analysis, notifications and teamwork

**Document architecture decisions and provide training to team

**Oversee the development of future component architectures and migration
plans

**Conceive, design, prototype, and test new methods, algorithms, and models

**Define and enforce appropriate technical standards and procedures
including: production implementation process management, measurement,
failover redundancy and information security

**Interface directly with vendors and proposes contracts and other
agreements



*Desired Skills and Experience:*

   - A minimum of 3 years experience as DevOps Engineer or similar capacity
   managing cloud environments
   - Bachelors, or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a
   related field preferred
   - Experience working on a full technology stack within a cross
   functional, agile team
   - Software development
   - AWS experience a plus
   - Chef experience a plus
   - Docker experience a plus
   - OSS technology knowledge a plus
   - Proven experience in shell scripting and command line utilities
   - Experience in Linux and Windows Administration
