The Applications Developer will, when necessary, help to resolve any
advanced technical trouble tickets or requests and help to resolve any
issues related to customization/implementation upgrades or new installs of
applications.

*Knowledge, Skill Sets, Experience*


The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science or a related field, along with an initiative for continuing studies
and coursework.  The candidate must also have a *minimum of two years’
experience* with integrating with and developing Salesforce.com
applications.  This includes developing using the *APEX* programing
language, creating workflows and formulas, and is familiar with
salesforce.com administration.


The candidate must have at least three years’ experience with at least two
of the following technologies:  RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) (sql, pl/sql,
t-sql,), Banner (Student, Finance, AR or Advancement), Object Oriented
Programming Language (Java, C#), Scripting Languages (Perl, korn shell,
c-shell, python), Web Applications experience (http), Web Services,
CastIron or other Integration Platform experience, or SQR. Ideal candidate
has demonstrated ability to work well directly with customers, teams, and
in a matrix managed environment.  Must have excellent written and oral
communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and
activities.
