F2F interview needed )* 12+MOnths Oklahoma City, OK MAX $50/HR CTC Proposed Contractor(s) must meet the minimum qualification of *three (3) years' *work experience with Microsoft development tools, object-oriented programming languages, and .Net web applications, database design/development and supported interfacing with Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle, TSQL and/or PLSQL, SQL Reporting Services, and Crystal Reports; Or A Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS; Or The equivalent combination of education and experience. *PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:* Experience in a Public Health or Healthcare related field is preferred. Preference may be given to candidates who possess the followinq this experience. *Deliverables:* In conjuction with end users and Information Services staff, documents and software deliverables will be produced at specific phases in the development cycle.
