Provide test case writing oversight, requirements review, subject matter
expertise on enterprise wide application test execution. .

*Roles & Responsibilities: *
1) Requirements review - collaboration with analysts to update requirements

2) Triage defects and report on defect impacts.
3) Troubleshoot defects /non defects for functional area of expertise that
are blocking test progress.

Basic scripting skills and SDET skills must. Mobility lab experience is

There is no working form home option.
Must work in lab when the lab is up. Other info...Need someone who is
familiar with switching nodes, switching RANs, switching APNs and can
troubleshoot either the lab or the phone when Redmond lab goes down. Lab is
up randomly but up usually between 9 am and 7 pm. SDET...any coding
language knowledge.

The Senior QA Consultant is responsible for feature testing, system
testing, and writing manual and supporting automation test engineer

QA Automation Developer

The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work

Acts as a lead in providing test design guidance and consultation with
respect to performance testing best practices, utilizing a thorough
understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
Analyzes performance test results and communicates in non-technical terms
to business partners  and IT management.

 *Minimum Qualifications*

   - Demonstrated knowledge of using LoadRunner and Performance Center.
   - Demonstrated knowledge of HTTP/Web + 2 protocols used in a performance
   testing context.
   - Demonstrated knowledge of Banking applications and conducting
   performance testing of applications written in various languages.

 *Preferred Skills*

   - HP Performance Center certification
   - Extensive experience with testing .Net applications.
   - Knowledge of AJAX/Flex protocol.
   - Knowledge of systems monitoring, OS metrics, Sitescope,
   Diagnostics/Profilers.
   - Knowledge of data centers and networking.

My client is in need for someone with a programming background that is good
at *TFS (Team Foundation Server)*, can communicate bugs and other issues
effectively and has experience in a QA role.
Here is some qualities we would be looking for:



1)  Attention to detail

2)  Intermediate development skills in .net; VB or C# (they may need to
do some UFT scripting. They will certainly need to read and understand
code… just not make any changes)

3)  Experience with TFS: the more the better. (they will be using TFS
for tasks and work management more than for source control)

4)  Business analysis skills.

5)  Good written communication skills. (they will be logging a lot of
bugs that need to be interpreted by different people)



Bonus skills

1)  Experience with Unit Testing and Integration testing (we won’t be
writing any, but it will prove they understand the concept of testing)

2)  Experience preforming code reviews (they won’t be doing this, but
it shows an ability to track down defects in code)
