Job Type: Contractual/Temporary
Duration: 12 months*

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

*Required:* WebSphere Application Support and Administration on AIX / Linux
platform
*Ideal:* Experience with *Sterling Commerce*; Experience in retail IT;
Experience with CA Introscope APM

*Responsibilities: *

• Participate in weekly 24*7 on call pager rotation
• Dedicated to a highly visible Retail Project
• Build, configure, support WebSphere Application Servers.
• Design, code WebSphere automation scripts and shell scripts.
• Compile new or update existing system documentation, support manuals, and
SOP documents. (Standard Operation Process)
• Train off shore resources to provide 1st and 2nd level support
• Deliver problem resolutions for WebSphere middleware technical challenges
for large and complex systems.
