Listening now (1604 UT) to RUI relay of UR-1. It is interpreting from EE to Ukrainien the UN General Assembly meeting taking place in NY live. There are some breaks in the stream but it remains mostly intact. There are reports that Russia has destroyed the main tv transmitter in Kviv and has warned residents to evacuate as it prepares to attack critical infrastructure (and likely residential buildings) in the heart of the city.
