I would request all indigo ville investors to get united and work towards
cancellation of the project as Apirl 2010 is the completion date and the
project is still not even started.
Last Mar 2009, Indigo offered the investors a discount and asked for the
right to transfer the units to different clustors, which indicates that
they
are not going to build all of the clusters
Kindly respond back to this email with your villa number, ville no, % of
payment made so far, SPA signed or not so that we can have a online
petition
as well as hard copy petition to sign off
