594   JAPAN, JOAK NHK 1 1355 weak signal with man in Japanese.
774    JAPAN JOUB NHK 2 1344 fair signal at times with a lot of domestic 
splatter.
828    JAPAN JOBB NHK 2 1346 fair with woman in Japanese.
891    AUSTRALIA, 1358 weak audio, sounds like man in English. 5AN?

I know it SAYS watts on the link, but it HAS to mean kilowatts.  Let's look at 
this reasonably -- the combined area of Casper-Evansville is 31.1 square miles. 
 
2 watts, or even 3, at night will NOT cover that in anyone's wildest dreams.  
Why would KUYO be on the air with a peanut power like that if most of the 
Casper 
metro wouldn't even be able to hear it at that hour?  My guess is that 3 kw and 
2 kw are correct.

the PSSA again I see it's watts...
