[IRCA] TP 19 May Victoria version

2017-05-19 Thread Nick Hall-Patch
A little bit of Asia earlier, a similar amount of DU later. Much
more of a May morning.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

no

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

the above, passing through

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

no

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)

675 man and woman mumbling, DU English inflection 1207UT; similar
mumbling heard on 756, but that really was pretty imaginary

702 faint pop music 1219UT; NZ?
972 man and woman talking, possibly Korean? 1135UT
1566 woman talking, Chinese inflection 1128 and 1135UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)

774 1287   seemed to be Asian;
756 909 1017 seemed DU

best wishes,

Nick
