Not a stellar start to February. Actually quite a few carriers, but only a handful of stations reached audio level: 693 JOABTokyo, JAPANWeak, with only traces of language lesson at 1342. 774 JOUB Akita, JAPAN Just in audio with language lesson at 1425. Peaked about 10 minutes later, but still a fair at best. 828 JOBB Osaka, JAPAN Reached audio for a few minutes, with man and woman presenting language lesson at 1432. 1566 HLAZ Jeju, S.KOREA Traces of talk by a man at 1426. A bit better by 1440, but then slowly faded after that. WNLR-1150 Churchville Virginia has been off frequency for at least a year now so it might be them. They sign-off at 1800 EST in February so if you heard the het after that time it's probably not them.
