However: the FCC does not have any regulatory authority over signals
that belong to federal agencies. That's the domain of NTIA and other

Is the FCC understaffed? Yup. Could its database be cleaner? Of course.

I think I have had Springfield in the not-too-distant past (late this season). 
But not certain. Was trying to nail the 1710s down in the car for my Toronto 
log, but they're all weak enough that they've been hard to ID in the car. 
Managed the NJ one and am working on IDing the other two TISes.

Is the Nassau Cty TIS on and what do they program. Who is the source of my 
weather tonight weak on 1710 but audible at times. From antenna direction this 
has to be east of me. 73 KAZ near Chicago
