CIGM used to cheat at night I think with ND and was a superpest, now they 
comply, and are much harder to hear due to Saginaw QRM on easterly antennas. 
CKAT is a pest on N.E antennas.

I've heard CIGM a number of times, but 790 is pretty soupy here at night, with 
WAEB, RI, and VA in there.  If I did ever log CKAT, it was once only and with 
phasing and a N/S Bog.
