00:04 UTC: I'm currently hearing a 400 Hz test tone on 1710 kHz, fair signal at times but exhibiting deep fading (ruling out local RFI). Earlier in the week I had an UNID pirate here playing oldies but never any announcements or informal IDs, and tonight the continuous test tone.
