Listened from 1330-1407 utc and conditions were down from yesterday. All carriers were on the bottom part of the band and they were very weak. The only audio was from JOUB-774 at 1402 utc. Listened from 1255-1320 utc and the conditions were very good for this time of the year. At sunrise it was close to what it is like in the fall.
