Poor conditions prevailed once again with the exception of 819 N. Korea just after 1400Z. Nice signal, but not a new one for the log. As Bruce noted, KGNW was off the air probably due to the snow. On 820 itself, I had WBAP there at 1300Z, XEABCA Mexicali at 1400Z and KUTR from Utah at 1500Z, solid ID's from all three. No sign of KCBF Fairbanks or any other Alaskan for that matter.
