[IRCA] Egypt? on the west coast

Man and woman talking, pretty weak, about the right speed and inflection as the 
 the Egyptian radio webstream (if it's the right one: 
http://www.sis.gov.eg/En/ArtsCulture/RTV/071701.htm, live 
broadcast), but if it's parallel, the stream is about a minute behind

Any other suggestions?

At this point I would say anything goes.

I was listening to a Russian sounding station
on 1134 that was stronger than anything I have
ever heard from Europe - barefoot on the Eton E1

Standing on the balcony of my APT and the air
is cooling off - seems to be effecting the radio
a bit...
Got some interesting MP3 of 1575 and 1134.

Truly amazing for me.
