Sorry for a delayed response... but I hear two EE speakers there.  The
first is a male with repeated use of "getting to..." (four times
beginning at :10, then a woman rises to dominate at ~:18 with words that
include "former (something)... making his debut..."

And I'll agree with Chuck that the pronunciation of 'debut' suggests DU.

Hang on... the National Rugby League line-up for Sat 18 Mar had a game
involving the Sydney Roosters which would've kicked off at 0900 UT.
That 'something word' sounds suspiciously like "Rooster".
