[IRCA] KMVP-860
I now have KMVP-860 on and they are telling me that I should tune to KTAR-620 both stations are in Phoenix. Anyone know why they are doing this? That gave them two sports stations in Phoenix, and now it looks like they're going to take 860 in a different direction, I'm guessing. s ___ IRCA mailing list IRCA@hard-core-dx.com http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: irca@hard-core-dx.com
Re: [IRCA] KMVP-860
Scott and Pat Thanks for the info I will check KMVP again tomorrow and see what I can hear. They were using a tape about 90 seconds long. They are now gone as I don't get Phoenix very well at night here. Re: [IRCA] KMVP-860
KTAR is carrying everything KMVP did. The news moved to 92.3 FM and is now KTAR FM. KTAR 620 is carrying ESPN and is IBOC in the day. Re: [IRCA] KMVP-860
Keep me up on this as I can occasionally dig them out of the weak mess on 860 when CJBC is phased to death with my westerly Phased BOG System. There are an excellent indicator for SW USA low/mid band DX. Back in Sept or Oct I managed KTAR even with WTMJ on ! 73 KAZ hoping for a few more good DX session this season, but it has been dreary. 55 km NW Chicago - Original Message - From: "kevin redding" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Mailing list for the International Radio Club of America" Sent: Sunday, April 08, 2007 10:03 PM Subject: Re: [IRCA] KMVP-860 >> Have you heard what the new format for KMVP will be? > > I asked the PD.
