They did sound better than IBOC would have made them, so maybe they do have it opened beyond +/- 6k? I was also going to try to get a recording of KDIS's daily switch (they go from wideband analog AM at night, but unfortunately not stereo as confirmed with my SRF-42, to IBOC in the daytime), but I fear the recording may not have come out well. (This is mostly because I cut it too close getting everything ready by the switch time.
