1120 KZSJ San Martin, CA card, bumper sticker and business card in 13 days, v/s 
Khoi Nguyen, General Manager.

2670 South White Road, Suite 165
San Jose, CA 95148

the card is actually printed on one of the business cards that you can make 
yourself and is perforated to tear off the sheet.
