 880  KRVN  NE Lexington - 4/17 1609 Faint in KAAN splatter with live broadcast 
of Handel's 

 "Messiah" presented by the Bethany College Oratorio Society of 
Lindsborg, Kansas.  Had no 

 idea who this was at first, but re-checks of this frequency after 1650 
(travelling west on Iowa  

 Highway 2) showed the signal getting stronger until I finally nailed 
down the "Lindsborg" mention 

 around 1750.  (RD-IA)

WNAX is directional at night with the main lobe aiming NW. Comes booming 
in here at night.
